Enjoy this gorgeous resort featuring luxury condominiums! The Oakwater Resort in Orlando is a beautiful gated community that is just 1.5 miles (2.5km) from the gates of Walt Disney World. At Oakwater, you're sure to find accommodations to suit your vacation needs. The residences range in size from 1,036 sq. ft. to 1,777 sq. ft. of living area and include a one-car garage. This contemporary themed resort community offers 5 distinctive designs, each well appointed with luxurious features. The clubhouse features a lagoon-style community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Oakwater Resort is a short drive to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, the Orlando Convention Center and local area attractions, offering a family-friendly atmosphere and recreational activities to suit all ages.

Each condo at the Oakwater Resort features a master suite with king or queen size bed, and a master bathroom having a garden tub and separate shower. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV, VCR or DVD player and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to all guests. Condo are available with game rooms that include billiards, table tennis and air hockey along with play stations for kids. In addition, many of our homes offer Free Long-Distance Calls and many of our homes offer High Speed Internet.

ABOUT THIS AMAZING FLORIDA VACATION HOME RENTAL:

Welcome to our Florida vacation condo. We are residents of Ottawa, Canada and invite you to enjoy our great property. This complex is one of the closest to Walt Disney World. I drove from the door to the gates of Disney and it took me 4 ½ minutes. It is also close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and other recreational activities. 

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 8, There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen bedroom and twin beds in the third bedroom, as well as a sofabed in the living room. There are 3 flat panel TV’s, including a 42 inch with over 100 channels and high definition signal in the living room. Enjoy DVD players along with a selection of movies as well as a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games. Take your laptop along as there is free wireless internet. 

This unit has ramp access to the door. It is a 1 minute walk from the fantastic recreation area .
